The Pot-Stirrer loves an injustice. He (she) lives to find real or imagined issues within the company, or even with you. He constantly questions decisions, and, like a dog with a bone, won’t let go of something once he’s got his teeth in it. To make matters worse, he just doesn’t seem to be happy until everyone at work is talking about it. The Pot Stirrer is almost always in the middle of workplace morale challenges.
Remember when you had to do those high school group projects, and there was always that one person who never showed up for the meetings and never did the work he (she) was supposed to do? Sadly, there are many who have continued the same habits into their workplace, and they are even less fun to work with here
Some people will tell you that successful people “just had it easier.” That, of course, is nonsense. Successful people made it easier by having a positive attitude, having a strong support network and being willing to take swift, decisive action when called for.
